Great things are happening in the small town of Cottonwood on the Camas Prairie in Central Idaho!!!
This small town football team, the Prairie Pirates, not only makes it to Idaho State playoffs, but wins, when most reports said they didn’t have a chance…
State champs! There really isn’t anything to add to this story that could me it any more believable or real. It’s the story of a team that rose from the ashes of countless years of disappointment and defeat. It’s the story of a team that never quit or gave up or lost hope.
It’s the story of a team that went out and grabbed the state title because they knew they could do it. The Prairie Pirates shut down the defending state champs be ten points. As the last few seconds ticked away off the game clock, time seemed to freeze, forever. It is a moment never to be forgotten for those who were there, especially those who played in the game. For the rest of the story go to ICFP.

The next three photos were taken on my trip from Grangeville Idaho to Elk City Idaho to list some property. This is a beautiful drive along the South Fork of the Clearwater river!!! These photos were taken in October so the Fall colors were everywhere. Idaho has beautiful seasons, each one special and spectacular…at least to me….ENJOY!

Idaho County Properties
HONESTY ~ INTEGRITY ~ KNOWLEDGE
Hi, my name is RaWanda Goehring, I recently joined Idaho County Properties, a professional real estate agency, conveniently located in the heart of Idaho on the Camas Prairie in Grangeville. This small town of just over 3000 people is surrounded by the beauty of mountains like the Seven Devils, valleys and rivers like the Snake, Salmon and Clearwater. There are many out door activities available like skiing, snowmobiling, rafting, four wheeling, horse-back riding, and much, much more. Visit my website for links to many areas in Central Idaho at www.centralidahoproperties.com.
My focus is representing buyers and sellers in the Idaho and Nezperce county areas with honesty, integrity and knowledge.
I have purchased and sold property several times, worked for a Title Insurance company in their customer service, escrow and subdivision departments, and have also worked for a builder helping customers obtain loans and assisted them in choosing home plans and finishes. Most recently I did marketing and community relations for a local hospital.
I was born in Grangeville and later moved to the mountains in McCall until my father took a position with the government that required us to move around the Western United States including Alaska, Arizona and California. I moved back home to Grangeville in 2003 to raise my son in a small town surrounded by both sides of my family, an area where everyone waves and says hi to you and actually stops if you’re in the cross walk! And of course where everyone knows what your children are doing.
If you would like to contact me via e-mail it is rawanda.g@gmail.com or thru my website at www.centralidahoproperties.com, or by mobile phone at 208-983-3517.
Thank You!
